it's all in the fit.

it's all in the fit.

A lot of people, and I mean a lot, have clothing under their name. Or merch, if you will.

It is a good way to promote what you stand for, what holds meaning for you, and in general, it creates wider awareness about your existence. And while the graphics and colours probably get some time and attention, I wonder why 99 percent of them overlook the fit.

If someone asked the owner of the merch to pick a piece of clothing they could actually live in, I doubt they would pick their own. a pity.

The only reason we reach for the same T-shirt or pair of jeans again and again is because it fits like a glove and also looks good!

If it is all about the colour and print, sure, people might wear it a couple of times. But what an opportunity to solve 3 problems at once:

1. You will be endlessly promoted because they cannot stop wearing it.

2. They will not have to deal with the hassle of finding the right T-shirt again.

3. They will feel good about buying from you because it is a decision they will not regret.

We are making things all the time. But it often feels like feeding an endless stream.

Maybe it is more helpful to create a little, but make it feel large.
